Make your mark on Wood Green

Over the next two years, Haringey Council will be delivering a series of projects to improve Wood Green. We’ve been asking you to highlight any places you think are attractive, interesting or special or in need of some TLC.

The suggestions you make on the Wood Green Places map will help shape these plans – make sure you put all your ideas forward!

This project is part of Haringey’s Connecting Wood Green scheme, made possible thanks to a £900,000 grant from the Mayor of London’s Good Growth Fund. Other plans under the scheme include support for social enterprises at the Olympia Trading Estate, the transformation of two empty spaces on the Wood Green Library site into a community engagement hub, and the refurbishment of Penstock Tunnel.

We are currently in the process of recruiting a specialist consultant to help us develop the ideas for public realm improvements and a design guide for Wood Green.

The map is open for comments until Saturday 15 September 2018.
